Ship’s Counselor is charged with keeping the crew’s morale working like a fine oiled machine.  He or she can advise to the present crew and help with make recommendations to the command staff and crew.  The SC may also act as Human Relation (HR) department between ship and crew. The SC may chair a meeting of the membership.  The SC also works with the Ops and can organize ship's activities and maybe responsible for creating after meeting events.  He or she can head the activities; has input to choosing teams & may help with the creating the budgets
